| Hi everyone, I hope this is okay to post as I'm feeling a bit stuck! I've rented my flat in Chiswick for the past 14 years and was served a Section 21 notice just as the rules changed. After four months of searching, I still haven't found anywhere to rent that feels right, but I have found a lovely flat to buy in Chiswick. The only catch is that I'd need to rent out the spare room. I've looked at SpareRoom, but nothing useful so far. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a reputable company or service that helps match professional flatmates or specialises in Monday-to-Friday lets. I'm really looking for personal recommendations from people who've actually used a service, rather than Google suggestions. Thanks so much in advance! |
