There is a dog that barks, very often late at night or early morning, plus a few times during the day, that has a very deep and penetrative bark which is very irritating. Nobody seems to chastise it or take it in. We can hear it in Watchfield Court, Sutton Court Road, very loudly, and nobody seems to do anything about it. By the time we get outside and try to find out where it is, it stops.
