Yesterday afternoon, walking along the pavement from Gunnersbury Station to the High Road I came across a man with a blower, trying to blow away the debris. Needless to say, the dust and particles were flying several feet into the air. It was a narrow bit of pavement so it was impossible to get past without going through the cloud and inhaling it and getting dust in one's eyes. The man was wearing a high viz jacket so I assume he was from the Council but I can't be sure. Either way using a blower on dusty material like that should be banned. |
