| You could try the West London Waste Authority our Waste Authority to see if the situation is the same through them. Otherwise you will need a licensed waste collector as if it is dumped where it shouldn't be and traced back to you you can be prosecuted: https://westlondonwaste.gov.uk/ One of the best and easiest ways is often if you can book collection of the old one when you are getting a new one delivered. |
