picking up on an old thread, I wonder if we are not talking about the same surgery as i am also with a small surgery in Chiswick. i agree since the changes, it is very difficult to get any appointments or blood tests. and i know how to use apps etc. How do old people manage having contributed the longest a sad state of affair really,
Appointment are available but not though the same place they used to be, there was no communication from the practice that i saw about it so i went to the surgery to ask a few questions and was told by the receptionist.
