| Under TUPE the new employer would be required to take on existing staff and their contract terms? The staff do not have to agree if they do not wish to. Urban Pubs & Bars runs dozens of venues in the London area, there is a map of their venues on their website. They seem to be growing fast so they must be doing something right. They now have annual sales of more than £100m and are backed by Davidson Kempner and Global Mutual. |
