Hounslow council people have been seen checking purple rubbish bags left by the collection bins , when asked the response was it will be up to £1000 fine if bags are left by the bin even if the bins are full !! they said if full, take your rubbish back until bins are empty ! This is just nuts, those bins are always full, there not enough of them to begin with, and only get collected twice a week . They are just trying to fine people when they don't provide a proper service
