| Chris, what the council can do is control what goes where. This applies to shopfronts as well as market stalls adjacent to shop fronts. Curating can occur. But doesn't. Another item where Hounslow fails significantly. I don't understand how other properties remain vacant for years and years. Several in Hammersmith come to mind. The government fails the local communities by allowing this to happen. |
