| I never once drove into central London with a car club vehicle. Do we have any numbers on usage - I'd always assumed they would be more popular in outer London where the public transport options weren't so good. If people were using them to circumvent the congestion charge then this is against the whole purpose of them. Hopefully, outer London councils will get behind the remaining operators and incentivise them to fill the gap left by Zipcar. |
