| Everybody has to reduce the welfare fraud - only it isn't just in welfare. There is plenty elsewhere with people taking advantage of the increased use of technology to claim they are working when they aren't and busy hoping that since there are no longer so many administrative staff and managers there to check up on them they will just get away with it. Technology also isn't the complete answer for an aging population - all of the time. A lot of it isn't time saving for the customer and when so much is being dealt with by overseas call centres it can be expected to go down every so often. A false economy which can build up to create an executive disaster so they'd better get back from those golf courses in the sun and become more involved in what is happening right here right now in real life. |
