| Given that those who have just turned 16 at the date of the next general election will be over the current voting age of 18 for potentially 60% of the next parliamentary term, I’m broadly in support of the measure. They have to live with the consequences of the choice of government and how their taxes are spent just the same way as those who are over 18 |
