Is there finally a sign of life and a tenant has been found for the unoccupied ground floor post-redevelopment premises at the corner Goldhawk road and British Grove as the boarding has come down. It has amazed me that the landlord was so inactive in finding one for all these years since the site was redeveloped from a car show room to apartments for at least ten years
In future, instead of having an empty premises which has been an eye sore for years, why doesn't the planning department put in future a condition on planning permission that that if a tenant isn't found within a set period of time, then the space has to be offered as a community space at a fare price for set period until a permanent tenant is found. |
