| The Grove Park Group residents’ association is holding its summer drinks event in the Pavilion School Kitchen, Grove Park Road, this Friday 11 July from 6.30-9.00pm. All are welcome. Members get a free drink on arrival. Non-members can join at a discounted rate of £5 and can then claim a free drink. Buffet food will be available to everyone. At 7.30pm there will be a presentation of the GPG’s action plan following last year’s survey of residents’ needs and wishes. Our MP, Andy Slaughter, will open the session.
