| Patients of the former Grove Park Surgery should vote on the future of the charity (GPSPG) which has run the former practice's patient group. Voting will be at GPSPG's AGM at 6pm on Monday 28 October. Patient involvement for all three sites of Chiswick Medical Practice is now being run by the enlarged CPM in a different way. Any patient of the former Grove Park Surgery (only) wishing to attend the AGM should email groverparksurgerypg@gmail.com for a Microsoft Teams Link. |
