Got a cab return to Hamlyns Vaccination  Centre in Bloemfontain Rd,Shephed's Bush which the NHS thought was the nearest for me (North Chiswick) on Sunday for booster - had Moderna whereas before had had Astrazenica there.  Quick and efficient, no queue when I went, in and out in 15 mins.  Didn't bother with the 15 minute wait for reaction, I was fine apart from slightly sore upper arm.
