| Whoever it may be,dont ever pay upfront for anything. Personally any tradesman should start the work and you pay after work complete based on quote. Some may ask for money half way into the job but most will bill you after work is completed or possibly bill you half way through job for materials only. I also and its only my thoughts should have a personal website and not some blooming facebook page with all details and contact info. |
