I think Rupa Huq is a good local MP. The idea of being kinder in politics is probably a good thing although it is hard to see how Matt Hancock can be any sort of leading light. I’d have preferred a campaign for honesty in politics but that’s obviously a non-starter.
In terms of Fisher’s Lane, RH might have been persuaded by the views of Belmont school - they were clear that the closure of F Lane to cars was a safer option for local children.
