"Let them issue a PCN and see them at the adjudicators. I would think the knowledgeable Richard Jennings is the man to ask" Thanks for the recommendation, Vanessa, though as you well know the adjudicator can be rather unhelpful if there's been a clear contravention. If Russell drives through a School Street at 9 a.m. I may not be too sympathetic either. I'm a bit puzzled about what the problem is. Harvard Hill is closed at its northern exit. Despite living 200 yards from the A4, I too can't reach the A4 directly as three roads including mine have had exits to the A4 closed off for many years, and I have to take a longer route. Not a great problem. In addition, there will be street closures for 2 hours a day in Grove Park Terrace and St Thomas' Road. So you'll have to go via Burnaby Gardens and either Elmwood Road or Fauconberg Road in order to reach the A4 via Sutton Court Road. All this talk of communism and North Korea seems a bit OTT to me. Or is there another road closure that I'm not aware of? |
