| Want to meet a friend for lunch somewhere between Camberley/Basingstoke off M3. She's driving from Fordingbridge so hope that's about half-way to Chiswick. She has a large, old, quiet and to my nose, smellie dog who loves being in the station wagon so long as my friend can see her from the pub window. But of course, dogs in cars is cruel, so she'll have to bring the dog inside so both of us need car parking. Another aged one trying not to be too gloomy and living life as best we can for as long as we can. Any advice, recommendations please for a good pub? Green views, river views would be a bonus.
