I had one constructive suggestion, from one lady about another's son. I have since done most of it myself. Reluctance, to do it myself, had nothing to do with how much I was offering (or earn): I have an injured ligament in one knee awaiting surgery. Anyhow, I had to go up that ladder and do most of it: the details can be sorted out in due course by the effective-sounding son of the straight-seeming lady recommended to me here by the first lady mentioned. Thank you to those who did try and help. As for the rest ...well I guess it takes all types.
