OWL was launched in June 2018 and there have been success stories. Today’s story is closer to home. It was about a missing child on the Chiswick High Rd. The OWL message hit a large area within a 3 mile radius from the High Rd. Those who received the message on email or smartphone and who were nearby joined efforts to help in the search. The 5 year old boy was found as quickly as 11 minutes after the posting on OWL.  This is what OWL Can Do!
