They were out within the hour to my neighbour recently. I'm sure that they have to prioritise. It would be better if they weren't having to deal with so many sewage problems. Don't allow yourselves to be susceptible to these - don't put down the system things that shouldn't go down and follow the water companies' (not just Thames Water) dos and don'ts.
