We've had a similar issue my husband paid for his parking but came back to see a parking warden putting a ticket on his car - he explained he'd used the app etc and on further investigation with the help of the warden it transpired that he'd paid for parking on a fiat uno, not only was the number plate completely incorrect as to what we had registered so was the make and model of car! We have never owned a fiat. We have appealed obviously but can not seem to find any way of contacting Ringo does anyone know their contact details?
