| A few years ago we had a similar continuous very loud whine / hum noise nuisance from plant on one of the Axis Centre buildings. LBH Environmental Health were very helpful and an officer came on a site visit, agreed that the noise was unacceptable, and contacted the company responsible who then repaired what turned out to be a faulty blower unit. |
