| fyi, a quote to give an idea where he is coming from, re the previous Octopus plan a few years back, on the same site : 'Kim Gottlieb, managing director of London and Bath Estates, joint developer of the Octopus with Galliard Homes, has told Building Design magazine: "When one of the [local] councillors said: 'It's bold, it's brash, it's in your face,' I thought thank goodness someone's got it. This [London] is meant to be a 24-hour, modern, vibrant, top-three world capital city.
