...that the developers have designed a proposal that acknowledges current planning laws. So just protesting with one variation or another of the sentiment "I don't like it" won't change minds on the planning committee. What we have to do is find concrete reasons to oppose which will stand up to counter arguments by the developer's planning experts.Difficult to do as a lay person. Are we prepared to find our own planning experts to plough through the hundreds of pages in the developer's submission, and scrutinise each of their contentions, all before Feb 1? |
