Yes, an awful lot of time and money wasted. Some people seem to have hours to spend with you (the office based ones) while others rush in and out. Nobody seems to have an overall picture of what is going on and very few people actually introduce themselves properly. Surely if they were working as a proper team they would be happy to take responsibility for their actions and their part as part of the team.
Because of the politics it would probably be better if there were cross-party discussions on this.
