| Dear Friends, Over 4 years ago we were experimenting with mustard powder in an attempt to create a mustard flavoured gin. Unfortunately our attempt did not end in our desired result and we were left with a foul smell at the distillery for a short time. This is a moment that has been greatly exaggerated in the tabloid press in an attempt to create a story. The incident was over quickly and had no impact on our friends and neighbours near by.
