below are the details/exerpts i mentioned in my post above one of the things it says is that : 'Items on the main agenda should not be raised in the open forum' hence my question to you as Chairman, as this is item 5 on the main agenda, plus it also mentions :'Those wishing to address the Area Forum on any of the items listed on the agenda for decision (with the exception of planning applications).....' and with this being indeed a planning application, not completely clear to me if this applies also to the Open Forum bit of the proceedings 'Members of the public may raise matters of local concern. Please bear in mind the guidelines for public participation .....' 'Protocol for the Open Forum ¨ Written items to be submitted where possible. (Proforma sheets will be available at the back of the hall). ¨ Where they are so submitted this should be by 8.30 p.m. ¨ Speakers will be allowed at the Chair’s discretion. ¨ ¨ Items on the main agenda should not be raised in the open forum.' 'Protocol for Speakers i) Those wishing to address the Area Forum on any of the items listed on the agenda for decision (with the exception of planning applications).....' |
