| Dear Sam, Thanks. I appreciate that Council Officers can neither endorse nor comment on presentations by non-Council 3rd Parties, but the actuality is that no-one will have a record of what was said publicly by whom and to whom, until the Minutes are published in the agenda of the following CAF meeting, which isn't till March 02. Given the ramifications of this development request, it is surely desirable that the developers' intentions should be clearly understood as stated, but equally not misrepresented by those who might not be in favour. Might it be possible then to ask them to distribute some literature at the meeting showing their clear intentions, ideally through visual media? As per my note, it would not be at all helpful to the wider public debate for the developers to hide behind whatever forest of documentation they may have placed on the LBofH website. Thanks if it's possible to get them to give a short, clear, illustrated and unequivocal statement of their intentions to the locals who will be most affected by their creation. |
