TfL published a document in 2012 entitled "Taking forward the Mayor’s Transport Strategy: Accessibility Implementation Plan". I haven't found a more recent update. That document lists a number of stations with committed plans to make them step-free. It also provides an 'indicative' list of stations which might be included later, generally as part of other projects such as capacity upgrades and Crossrail 2. Turnham Green does not figure at all in these lists. It then says "It is anticipated that by 2031 approximately 40 further stations to those indicated [in the committed and indicative lists] ... could be made step-free, to progress towards equal spatial coverage across London. The precise locations will be determined through further feasibility studies." There is a map which shows about 20 such studies, one of which covers the area including Gunnersbury, Turnham Green, Stamford Brook and Ravenscourt Park. http://content.tfl.gov.uk/taking-forward-the-mts-accessibility-implementation-plan-march-2012.pdf |
