20:20 hindsight and all that, but given the type of gear you describe I'm amazed that you hadn't put in (or been advised to by the people who supplied/installed the kit) a UPS power supply.

If you search Amazon you'll get multiple types ranging from about 60 to 4-500 depending on the amount of stuff you've got and the power you're drawing.
