| Mine just happened when I got into bed one night - I felt as if the planet was spinning off its axis, I was hanging onto the bed for dear life! Apparently - so my doctor told me - you can have little tiny specs of calcium stuff just break off and float into the inner ear upsetting your equilibrium, it takes time to float back and settle, it is possible to manipulate the neck and head to get the fluid sorted but don't think it's all that successful! It was just awful and took about a week to recede, I was terrified of moving and especially going to bed - really, really scary. I got quite strong pills but was told to only use them if really necessary. |
