The power distribution company for Chiswick is Scottish & Southern Energy Power Distribution (www.ssepd.co.uk). From Loraine Pemberton's post on the "Power cut in Grove Park" thread, it's evident that the power cut was pre-planned. But SSEPD appear to have made no attempt to warn the public, e.g. via Twitter or this site, except for registered priority customers. Their links to their refund policy don't seem to work! |
