Is there someone out there who has done battle with Office opening local OneDrive files on Windows 10 and them defaulting to "read only" (i.e. opening files when not on t'internet and therefore opening the cloud version)? I've changed the trust centre in each application, I've unticked read only on OneDrive properties, I've added my c:\ drive as a trusted location and I've read alot of patronising and aggressive forum posts on other forums with other people having the problem and nothing works (though, my, people can be bitchy to "normal" users seeking help). Reverting back to Windows 8.1 is not an option, nor is a laptop rebuild as I recently had to do that anyway and I actually don't think I had the problem before the rebuild, thus rebuild unlikely to help. |
