Looks like it already has prior approval being a conversion from office use to residential. It is only for the ground floor so they may be retaining offices upstairs. There would be no requirement for affordable homes because planning permission is not needed and I would imagine their fiduciary responsibilities make it impossible for them not to develop homes for sale at market price. It think that there would be a requirement for the offices not to have been used for a certain period before approval was given for the switch. |
