| The first time my parents went with Virgin they didn't have a phone for 6 weeks as the cables hadn't been updated. Once fixed they tried to charge them £70 for fixing the lines (it wasn't my parents fault that they weren't updated) and also £18 for a call to Ghana which happened at the same time the lines were being fixed and the worker was from Africa.... |
