| Yes, LBH announced in September the move to fortnightly non-recyclable waste collections to start at some time in 2016, but as far as I know, no definite start date has yet been announced. They also announced that garden waste collections would be chargeable from April 2016 (£50 per year). See Major changes to rubbish and recycling service |
