| I found they were fine for years and years but then when they wanted us to upgrade and we weren't ready as we needed to upgrade our systems first the whole thing went down and they were unable to sort it out. We eventually went with a rival who have been equally bad. Too much marketing and not enough work on teamwork between and within the organisations to give good customer experience. |
