Following the LBH Cabinet meeting on 15 December, it has now been decided that the existing weekly kerbside sorting and collection service for dry recyclable waste will be maintained and that the alternative of a fortnightly co-mingled collection service will be rejected. This means that another wheelie bin (240 litre) will not be imposed on us and we can continue to use the bags and boxes that can be taken through the house to be stored out of sight. Further detailed information concerning these new arrangements will be circulated by the Council to all households in the New Year.
