i would also go the bake in foil with lemon olive oil caper route and i would add a good wedge of butter and 100g of small brown shrimp into the foil parcel and you'd get a flavourful yet delicate sauce as well you get the tiny brown shrimp at Waitrose or Sainsbos, already peeled if you do a double foil or parchment parcel, it helps make sure that you don't accidentially spill the delicious juis |
