All this Forum banter about cooking...... We've decided to revisit a very old gastro tradition (re the heavy feast on the big day itself) to eat fish on Christmas Eve... So I've been out locally - hunting for turbot or carp. Double failure! Arrived back (courtesy of TGT fishmonger) with a magnificent 2kg Brill .. YUM!!! Am now creating the recipe.. (suggestions appreciated).. PS:- the dishwasher will wash-up.. |
