| As I've said in previous such discussions, CHR and the Turnham Green area are blessed with an abundance of trees, so why not thread the branches of some of them with small lights? It's much more attractive, and classier-looking, than those rather crude stars and comet-trails stuck on the side of the lamp-posts down the High Road, and I can't imagine it would cost any more. |
