| I had a string of similar problems a couple of years ago, Rachel. Either the page would go blank or, more often, a section of it would be blank. Kindle were very good, and replaced it three times. After looking on the Kindle Readers' forum for a reason as to why it kept happening, I decided it may have been because I only had a soft cover on it and it was often stuffed in my bag with a load of shopping, which resulted in strain or 'warp' on the Kindle. Anyway, I eventually gave in and bought a Paperwhite with a good rigid case and have had no trouble ever since. |
