I must add this depends on the length of Contract. To be constructively dismissed basically means, ..."we can't afford you and we can't (MUST NOT) fill your position within 3 months." If they do, you can challenge them. Personally I wouldn't recommend 'spilling the beans' on any one unless it was unlawful. Potential employers wont take kindly to this underhand behaviour. |
