Teresa,where on earth did you get that idea ? It's a private party so it is not on licensed premesis.There is absolutely no law forbidding teenagers handing around drinks at a private party.Even in pubs, 16, or even 14 year olds are permitted to drink alcohol in some circumstances.And most landlords will now admit even babies into the bar during daytime hours if the parents are having a meal.What you say is simply not true |
