| Two or three days a week I drive to Kew and return to Chiswick via the A316 and the Hogarth roundabout at around 10 am. For the last few weeks there has be a significant tail back of traffic at the roundabout. Just wondered why really. Does anyone know of any other roads closed that may be causing this? |
