| This Happened to me in the summer. I was given a time slot for delivery and my parcel didn’t turn up. I contacted the delivery company who said it had been delivered and signed for, as that wasn’t me I asked the company to contact the driver to back track and find it. After a few excuses and very heated exchange with a few threats from both sides, which I cannot repeat, the company reluctantly sent the driver back on his route to check where my parcel had been delivered. Five hours later I finally got my parcel, it had been included in a multiple drop a few miles from my address. Since having other problems with delivers I have started using PayPal to pay for items on the Internet, PayPal will take on a non delivery or non refund for you, but you have to try first, then if you have no luck, they take on the seller. |
