How's this for an idea? Single people currently pay three quarters of the full amount of Council Tax despite, for obvious reasons, benefiting less from and also using fewer Council facilities. Therefore I propose that households of two or more should have their Council Tax increased by 50% with immediate effect. That should do the trick! |
