As I understand it, there is no left trun from the A4 eastwards into Sutton Lane North.  Instead, eastbound traffic wanting to get on to Sutton Court Road southwards, will have to go on and turn left into Park Road northwards, Barrowgate Road westwards and then Sutton Court Road southwards. I hope it is only 10pm to 5am but the main article only gives one start time and one finish time, implying these restrictions are in place for 5 whole days.  They could be using Sutton Lane North to park up the equipment during the day.
